The essential information you should include is name, position, company name or logo, contact channels (phone, email, website/social media), and address if needed. This makes it easy for people to get back in touch and look professional.

Dimensions: 90 × 54–55 mm, including 2–3 mm bleed on all sides. Include an internal safe area to prevent text from being trimmed.

CMYK color mode with image resoluton at least 300 DPI (include all fonts). Also provide AI or PSD files as accepted by the print shop.

A common choice is 250-350 gsm art card paper, which can be coated with a matte or glossy finish to make it more durable. For an extra special touch, try textured paper, embossing, or rounded corners—pick options that match your project’s style.

Letters shouldn’t be too small so they’re easy to read. Arrange them starting with the shop or business name, followed by the location, and then contact details.
